Construction Services

Our Construction Services can be broke down into these categories:

  • Crop Storage Structures-

We build root cellars and other crop storage systems using several different systems for new and retrofit construction. our structures range from subterranean vaults or caves to coolbot walkins and dry storage spaces.

We design and build passive solar thermal mass enhanced greenhouses for energy efficiency and healthy living, We also construct conventional framed greenhouses out of polycarbonate and plastic. Our season extension structures offer mechanical outfitting, renewable energy options, and always include roll up sides, venting, and electrical connections.

  • Value Added Product Facility-

Selling your crops and products is the bottom line and sometimes the best way to do that is to take it one step further and add value. Our team has decades of food industry experience, and that translates to a team that can design a versatile and productive environment.

We build super low impact housing and cabins that combine simple and integrated systems with or without utilities and for seasonal or year round use. We offer kits and affordable design plan sets to suit your specific needs. Can be combine with renewable energy for hot water and electricity, composting toilets, innovative waste disposal systems, and rain catchment.

  • Irrigation and Landforming-

We build drip and main line irrigation systems for farms along with rain and storm water systems. Using advanced land-forming techniques we sculpt swales to hold and move water into wetlands or catchment ponds. We are now adding myco-filtration mats and bunker spawn to restore soil tilth fast and limit future erosion.

We restore all types of barns, and if there not able to be restored, we might even take it down for free.

Our main areas of barn restoration are:

  • Foundation repair- Using ferro-cement we can rebuild drystone, mortared, and block foundations building up new, reinforced walls, on the inside or outside of the building, creating new load bearing surfaces for re-leveling floors, replacing sills, and reviving the structure for many years to come
  • Renovation- Turn that old structure into something usable again.
  • Painting- new coats of paint are sprayed on using aerial lifts.
